The right way to set your 2026 goals
Sometimes the first step is the hardest.

You can’t reach your 10,000 daily step goal without getting out of bed and taking the first step.
You can’t read a book without opening the cover and reading the first page.
And yet, so many of us get so caught up in our goals, the end state, that we ignore the most important part…taking the first step towards them.
With the New Year around the corner, I’m sure many of you are setting goals for our next trip around the sun.
But don’t just set goals. Fall in love with the work that’ll be required to accomplish them.
Don’t just say you want to workout 5 times a week, or read a book a month, and then hope you stick to it.
Think about what’s it going to take to get there.
Getting up early to get to the gym before work.
Putting your phone down 20 minutes earlier before bed to read.
If you can love the steps, the goals will follow.
Until next week.
Step by step,
Nathan
P.S. Fun quote :)
