Big goals are intimidating.

While we know we want to achieve them, it’s often hard to take that first step.

Why?

Because instead of thinking in steps, we get caught up in the goal.

Big goals aren’t accomplished all at once.

They are accomplished over time.

One step at a time.

The first thing you should do when you set a big goal is write out the steps you need to take to achieve it. Get granular. By the time you finish the list, it should include at least one thing you can do right now to move you toward your goal.

And whatever that thing is, go do it.

Until next week.

Step by step,

Nathan
